    Welcome to the PTC helpdesk.

    Please follow a few guidelines when entering a new ticket.

    1) Please make sure to fill out as many fields as possible.

    2) If you are entering a ticket regarding courses, or a problem with a course, please be sure to provide your PTC ID, and the name or course id of the course in question.

    3) Check our knowledge base. There a solutions to several common questions in our knowledge base. Often you can save time by checking it first.
